Portraits

Freshmen Portraits

Freshmen Portraits are taken every year during freshmen orientation in June and July and during Welcome Week on August 19 and 20th at the Mark & Paula Hurd Welcome Center.  Makeup portraits are not available. 

*Yearbooks purchased during Freshman Orientation include a mailed portrait package which was mailed out at the beginning of September 2026. For purchases made during Freshman Orientation (Summer 2026) or Welcome Week 2026, the refund deadline was August 31, 2026. Refunds are no longer available after this date.

Sophomores and Juniors

Sophomores and Juniors do not have a portrait section in the 2026 Roundup Yearbook, but they are featured prominently throughout all sections of the book.

Senior Portraits

Traditional senior portrait sessions will be held in 208A Baylor Science Building. We will take cap and gown photos as well as traditional portraits. For questions, call Lauren Studios at 951-272-8600. (8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT) or email roundup@baylor.edu.

September 8 - 31, 2026

HOW TO SCHEDULE

STEP 1. Visit LaurenStudios.com
STEP 2. Select the GOLD tab, then choose CREATE ACCOUNT.
STEP 3. Enter student Client ID: 27BAYLOR-XXXXXX. (Client ID has been emailed to all 26-27 seniors)
STEP 4. Choose an appointment and complete the booking prompts.

Nursing School Senior Portraits

Senior Nursing portrait sessions will be held Louis Herrington School of Nursing in the auditorium. We will take cap and gown photos as well as traditional portraits.

Fall 2026 portraits will be held on Tuesday, November 10th

Spring 2027 portraits will be held on Monday, January 25th
