- Freshman will take portraits during Freshman orientation in June & July.
- Seniors will be notified through email when portrait appointments are available each semester.
- Sophomores and Juniors should do the following to know when portraits are coming:

- Check the “portraits” page on the Roundup website.

After the last available senior appointment or sophomore/junior portrait session, there will no longer be an opportunity to take your portrait for the current academic year.
You can purchase a yearbook any time during the academic year through May 1st by clicking on the order yearbook link. Please note: There is no guarantee there will be additional yearbooks available the following academic year.
We have a limited number of yearbooks from previous years for sale going as far back as the 1950s. Please contact terri_evans@baylor.edu to see if the year you want is available.
- Freshman and Senior portraits are taken by our professional photographers at Lauren Studios and will not be able to be retaken unless approved by the Lauren Studios.

Yearbooks purchased during Freshman Orientation include a mailed portrait package which is mailed out no later than beginning of September.
For purchases made during Freshman Orientation or Welcome Week, the refund deadline will be August 31st following that year's freshman orientation. Refunds are no longer available for freshman after this date.
All other refunds must be requested by May 1st by emailing Roundup@baylor.edu.
May 1st is the final day to cancel a yearbook purchase. That’s the date we notify our publisher of yearbook totals and incur our costs. Any purchases made after May 1st are non-refundable.
Yearbooks should be received by September 1st the following academic year. If not received by September 30th please contact our office.
Past yearbooks order will be mailed within two weeks of payment received.
We do not mail internationally. International students will be contacted for a U.S. address in April/May prior to mail out. If the student does not reply the yearbook will be held in the yearbook office in the Castellaw Communications Center room 217 for pickup.
A team of 10 Baylor students in the Student Media department create the Roundup yearbook each year. Baylor has been publishing the yearbook since 1896.
